What it is
A micro-optical fibre finer than a hair is passed under the skin and delivers laser energy exactly where laxity and unwanted fat sit jawline, neck, under-eye, inner arm. Most effective between the mid-thirties and mid-fifties, when the first signs of laxity appear; more pronounced sagging may still call for a surgical approach.
How it works
The energy tightens the fibrous septa that hold the skin to the deeper layers and stimulates collagen at depth, so the contour changes without a single incision. Sessions run 30 to 90 minutes under local anaesthesia, and most people return to normal activities within one to three days. It is often combined with other treatments such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers or additional collagen-stimulating technologies, chosen case by case.
