What it is
A cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel injected to add volume and improve the projection and contour of the buttocks a non-surgical alternative to implants, a surgical buttock lift, or fat-transfer (BBL), since no fat needs to be harvested from elsewhere on the body. It can also correct asymmetry or soften hip dips.
How it works
A cannula places the gel in fanned layers across the treated area; the thicker, cross-linked formulation resists degradation, so it builds contour rather than simply hydrating the tissue. The change is visible immediately and continues to settle over the following days as swelling resolves, with recovery typically quicker than after implants or a fat transfer though the exact timeline depends on the filler used and the volume placed. Larger enlargements need proportionally more product, which raises cost, so results rest heavily on the filler chosen and the injector's experience.
