What it is
A soft hyaluronic acid gel placed beneath the lower eyelid to fill the hollow that casts a shadow and reads as tiredness, however much sleep you get. It works best when volume loss itself is the cause of the shadow; puffiness from fat pockets or discolouration from pigmentation are assessed separately, since they call for a different approach.
How it works
The gel binds water and restores lost volume along the orbital bone, lifting the sunken groove so light stops pooling in it the same mechanism as any HA filler, tuned to a very thin, delicate area.
